Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview is the quality-focused image option in DesignLayer. It generates hero and section visuals with finer detail and more consistent tone.
When you opt in to images during the brief, selecting Pro Image in generation options yields higher-quality visuals than Flash Image.
Difference from Flash Image
Flash Image prioritizes speed and cost efficiency; Pro Image Preview prioritizes realism, composition, and brand tone. It helps when the draft needs to feel convincing before launch.
Generation may take longer than Flash Image, but it can reduce how many replacements you need in the studio.
How it fits the flow
After a text model (Gemini 2.5 Flash or 3 Flash) produces HTML and slots, Pro Image Preview outputs images from each slot's prompt.
You can review and replace images individually in the studio, or swap in professional photography and stock assets before going live.
